Unlocking the Power of Leadership and Innovation!
Since 2017, the El Paso in Austin Network has been an unyielding force in presenting captivating panel discussions on leadership, business, and policy. Speakers have included a conversation with former Representative and past Austin mayoral candidate, Celia Isreal, in a dynamic legislative talk. We've also explored the world of women and entrepreneurship with the extraordinary Trailblazer Cynthia Rubio (CEO, Radiant RFID), Alexis Adauto Ferguson (Consultant, Alexis Ferguson Independent Rep Rodan + Fields), Barbra Boeta (Program Director, Economic Growth Business Incubator (EGBI), all under the guidance State Representative Mary González of HD 75, who moderated the discussion.
But that's not all! Every year, we roll out the red carpet for renowned El Pasoans at our Scholars Reception scholarship fundraiser. Past events have seen luminaries like award-winning author Benjamin Alire Sáenz, the charismatic U.S. Congressman Beto O'Rourke, business magnate and University of Texas System Board of Regents Chair Paul Foster, the visionary former Texas Commissioner of Higher Education Raymund A. Paredes, Ph.D., and the Texas Tribune co-founder Ross Ramsey taking center stage.
Stay tuned for more action, insights, and inspiration from the El Paso in Austin Network!
